Korean Food: Vegetarian Rice Cake Soup
Who’s up for a new year’s dish this time? We know 2014 is nearing an end, and we decided to find a dish for you to try and cook for this upcoming New Year.
Have you heard of this dish? Called Rice Cake Soup (if you reversed it in Korean, that would be "떡국"). This dish usually is served during the lunar year as a tradition in Korea and topped with beef instead of vegetables.
Why don’t we have a healthy food during our celebrations of New Year next month? Check this vegetarian rice cake soup below:

It does look mouth watering although they swapped the ingredients. Give it a try and share it with your family members on this New Year. (We know it is more than a month away) Enjoying this traditional cuisine while watching Korean drama on Maaduu sounds like a plan for a K-Food Lover.. right?
