Every now and then, a truly inspiring and special recipe comes along, and we think this is one of those times.
This extremely simple Korean rolled egg recipe uses almost nothing but eggs, salt, oil and laver -- a type or seaweed or nori roll, sometimes very frequently used in Japanese cooking. However, here in this Korean dish, it adds something simple to what may be a very standard egg dish.
