Hong JongHyun kissed Girl's Day's Yura on the red carpet!

Actor-turned-model, Hong Jong Hyun at last kissed his on-screen wife, Girl's Day's Yura and what made us shocked was he kissed her on the red carpet which means, in front of all the media! (If we look back at their interaction on 'We Got Married', we could see Jong Hyun was so shy with Yura and that kind of intimate gesture was impossible for him to do.)

During the red carpet, two couples [Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim, Nam Goong Min and Hong Jin Young] from "We Got Married" were posing for the camera by grabbing each others waist and were surprised by the sudden kiss pose that was made by Hong Jong Hyun and Yura. This sudden move not only shocked the two couples but also the audience attending the event.

Kang Gary asked Song Ji Hyo to be his girlfriend?!

Yup! You read it right 'Monday Couple' fans. Kang Gary asked Song Ji Hyo to be his girlfriend.

On the recent Running Man's episode, Song Ji Hyo revealed that Kang Gary asked her to be his girlfriend but it is for a month. Yup, That's right! For a month. This topic was started as the members held a wrap up discussion about 2014. When the members asked Song Ji Hyo a question "What was 2014 for Song Ji Hyo?" , and before she could answer it, Gary asked her a question "Me?" which caused laughter among them.

Song Ji Hyo then answered that Kang Gary asked her to date him for a month for the sake of the show. (and maybe he likes her but to shy to admit it?)



Right after hearing her answer for that question, members of Running Man all encourage both of them to date by saying "That wouldn't be bad", "That's how it starts." It reminds us of what Yoo Jae Suk said to them in one of the episode.

Yup! You read it right. Actor Lee Min Ho has been confirmed to appear on PPTV's 'Kua Nian' which is known as China’s biggest New Year’s Eve television program!

KARA Young Ji is GOT7 Jackson's Korean Girlfriend?!

Anyone who is a follower of  'Roommate Season 2' will notice the interaction between these two idols. Being the two youngest GOT7's Jackson and KARA's Young Ji (in other words, we called it "maknae") on the show, their interaction towards each other will never be missed.

One of the ‘Big Three’ companies, SM Entertainment will be opening a multicultural complex especially for their fans. Yup! you heard it right. Their latest project known as SMTOWN@coexartium will definitely show the visitors (in our case, ‘fans’) a lot of exciting stuff and they will immerse themselves in the world of SM Entertainment. (Sounds a little bit like Harry Potter...)

During their pre-opening on 20th December, the virtual holograms of Hye Yeon, Kai, Min Ho and Seul Gi appeared on stage for a ribbon cutting ceremony instead of the idols themselves. Do you know that, when you go to SMTOWN@coexartium, you will experience something cool such as a reality experience  — meeting up with your favourite SM idols? Showbiz: Fashion and awards at 51st Daejong Film Awards

The month of December always reminds us about major events that are held in Korea. Be it events for the music industry or the acting industry, fans are curious about what their favourite Korean stars will be wearing for the award festival. With that being said, '51st Daejong Film Awards' festival really catches some of the fans' attention. (Because of the fashion and the awards but mainly the fashion)

Actors such as Park Yoochun, Kim Woo Bin, and Shin Hyun Joon managed to catch most of the attention from the fans as they look amazing in suits. Besides that, the actresses also came with beautiful dresses such as Son Ye Jin, Uhm Jung Hwa and others. Most of the actresses choose to wear black or white dresses. ( Son Ye Jin looks like an angel in her dress!)

Talking about the film awards, do you know that "Show Biz" entertainment program is on Maaduu? No? IKEA’s first outlet in Korea!

Yup! You read it right, IKEA has just launched its first store in Korea! We guess it is good news to our friends in Korea  because we know there’s a lot of foreigners and Koreans that always want to purchase IKEA’s product in Korea (We read that it was packed on the opening day).

According to Korea’s local news outlet, IKEA will be opening another four more outlets by year 2020. We guess it will be a great christmas gift to all Koreans and not to forget the foreigners as well. (We know that some of the Malaysians that are currently living in Korea, are seeking their products once its open.)

Infinite’s Sung Yeol almost went bald??

Recently, during the Sunny's FM Date on 22nd December, Infinite's Sung Yeol confessed that he had a hair-loss problem due to stress.

Infinite's Sung Yeol who appeared together with Sung Jong and L were promoting their sub-unit "Infinite F" and had a chance to discuss about their stress on the radio. As the heated discussion went on, L revealed that when he received and heard negative comments from others, the comments honestly gave him some stress. He added that he also read all the negative comments and if there are a thousand  comments, he will read them all. Because of it, he will get distracted all day long.



Infinite’s Sung Jong stated that he will get stressed if there isn’t any schedule at all. As they further discussed about Sung Jong’s case, Sung Yeol added that he had the same stress. When he was 22 years old, he had no schedule for nine months. Because of that, he suffered great depression and almost went bald due to the hair-loss.

When Girls Generation Sunny asked him whether it is okay to talk about hair-loss as an idol, (we think it is taboo to ask them about hair-loss problems) he replied that it is okay as his hair is growing back. That caused laughter from the others in the room.

Jung Yong Hwa landed his first photoshoot for 2015!

CN Blue's leader, Jung Yong Hwa has graced the pages of 'W Korea' for  the January issue, which means that he landed his first photoshoot for 2015! Congratulations!

Debuted as an actor in ''You're Beautiful" as 'Kang Shin Woo' and later became the leader of CN Blue, Yong Hwa managed to attract most of the female viewers with his heart warming acting which leads them to have '2nd lead syndrome'. (We know that we are one of them!) Besides that, Yong Hwa was also cast in "We Got Married" season 2 alongside Girls Generation Seo Hyun. With his drama "The Three Musketeers" and CN Blue's Japan Arena tour wrapped up, he had a photoshoot for ‘W Korea’ which led him to show his impressive poses on the pictures. (We saw his photos already and he is really good looking!)



On top of that, he also had an interview with ‘W Korea’ where he mentioned about his solo debut. (At last, a solo debut from a CN Blue member!) He added that when he is with CN Blue, he tries to stay as much as he can with the group concept but for his solo debut, he will be definitely showing off his own true self.

Jessica and Tyler Kwon are getting married?! Recently, there is a rumour that has been speculated and currently creating a buzz among the fans about this couple.

According to 'Hong Kong Channel’, recently Jessica has been seen with Kwon Tyler. On top of that, both of them are planning and preparing for marriage next year. They have been spotted in Hong Kong Central. Apparently, they are buying some baby stuff! ( 헐...Is it that Jessica will be an aunt or will she be a mother?)

Besides that, since her fashion business started in Hong Kong, there are words saying that “Jessica is buying a house in Hong Kong .. “, “ There is wedding planning going on..” which probably made the rumour seem true.

However, Jessica denied the rumour that is being speculated about her and Tyler living together. She stated in her fan meeting in Hong Kong on the 20th December that she is still living with her parents and Krystal in Korea.

Once we talk about Fabien Yoon, no one can guess that he is a French guy that can speak fluent Korean. Who is Fabien Yoon? Merely just a good-looking guy that can melt most women's hearts? or a Taekwondo athlete that used to be one of France's representatives? Well, let's check out his profile!

Fabien Yves Jerome Corbineau, known as Fabien Yoon (파비앙), is a fashion model who later ventured into acting. With a height of 182cm, he is also a 4th 'Dan' black belt Taekwondo practitioner that is now based in South Korea. (Yup! We saw his latest picture on his official Twitter account, he was AMAZING!) Born in Paris, France, he appeared in several Korean variety shows and Korean dramas such as ''Running Man'', ''The King 2 Hearts'', "High School - Love On", "Dr. Jin and many more. In addition to that, he is also an MC for MV commentary on Mnet TV channel.

IU's Melon Music Award dress made a shocking twist!

Nowadays, singer IU is gaining attention for her affordable dress from H&M that she wore to the Melon Music Award on 13th November 2014. It has been revealed that her dress costs even less than Actress Kang So Ra’s, who was put into the spotlight for wearing an affordable dress, from the same brand as IU, to MAMA 2014.

Besides that, it also have been revealed that IU made slight changes to the dress. Check out the picture below as a few adjustments can be seen when she wore it — the length of the dress was shortened in front, creating a high-low style that shows-off her charms, and the rectangular cut-outs were covered up.



When our beloved Korean stars wear an affordable dress to one of the major events in the Korea’s music industry, it does create a fashion buzz as no one would have guessed that the certain piece can be purchased at our nearest fashion store. Park Yoochun has won another Rookie of the Year award!

JYJ Park Yoochun managed to bring back home rookie of the award at the '35th Blue Dragon Movie Award'. The idol turned singer has proved to us his successful career as an actor!

Park Yoochun showed us that he made a perfect debut as a film actor as he won this award with 'Sea Fog'. This award is his fourth award this year in the same category. Previously, he had won it at  at the 51th Grand Bell Awards, the 15th Busan Film Critics Awards and the fourth SACF Beautiful Artists Awards.

As the MC called him up upon the stage to receive his recognition for his amazing acting skills, he looked surprised and confused. He stated that working on his debut movie, he became aware that producing one film need a tremendous effort from a lot of people and it has taught him a lot.

Most awaited films: Gangnam Blues vs The Technicians

Lee Min Ho and Kim Woo Bin showed their great chemistry in the 2013 hit drama 'The Heirs'. Without a doubt we can see the love-hate relationship between Kim Tan and Choi Young Do and believe us, we had a 2nd lead syndrome because of Choi Young Do.

Do you know that in couple of weeks time, both Lee Min Ho and Kim Woo Bin's movies will be released in Korea? Because of the two movies - 'Gangnam Blues' and 'The Technicians', Korean movie industry is heating up as it will boost up the chemistry between the male lead characters (in other words, we called it "bro-mance").  It will definitely give the female fans a chance to talk among their friends.



'Gangnam Blues' which is known as the upcoming noir film will be showing the viewers a great friendship between Lee Min Ho and Kim Rae Won's characters.  Aside from that, both of them are expecting to show off their charismatic and masculinity charms in the film. With that being said, both their domestic and international fans can't wait for the film to be released. (We know we can't wait for it to be released in Malaysia and Indonesia!)

Kim Soo Hyun talks about Do Min Joon in Elle

Recently in his interview with Elle Magazine, Hallyu star Kim Soo Hyun said that he wants to find a new role which is similar to his previous character which was Do Min Joon on ‘My Love From The Stars‘.

According to him, he wants to find drama projects that are similar to his previous ones but sadly he hasn’t found it yet and asked his fans to wait for his small screen comeback. It might take some time to see him comeback on the small screen again but we know its worth the wait. Kim Soo Hyun also talked about the difficulty in acting and his fashion when he is travelling. Kim Soo Hyun said that usually he doesn’t wear caps. In addition, he doesn’t want to hide himself with caps or sunglasses even though the fans would recognize him while he is travelling.

Only a month Actress Yoon Eun Hye’s fan cafe was established, we were told by the news that it was closed down because of a heated discussion over her potential “upcoming” Korea-China-Japan collaborative work “After Love”. In the midst of the discussion, Yoon Eun Hye left a warning message to the some of the netizens that were leaving hateful comments on the fan cafe, on which some of us believed that Yoon Eun Hye was in conflict with her fans really wanted.

Apparently, her agency’s representative stated that the message was directly dedicated to those who were leaving the hateful comments. It is not dedicated to the fans but it seems there was a misunderstanding between them. They also added that there is no reason for Yoon Eun Hye to take up issue with her fans, if they weren't posting anything negative.

Who won at the 2014 APAN Star Awards?

Korean Hallyu Stars Lee Minho, Kim Soo Hyun and Jo In Sung were recent rivals in competing for the grand prize of 2014 APAN Star Awards

Lee Min Ho was nominated for his role as Kim Tan in SBS drama ‘The Heirs’. We all know it made a huge hit all over Asia and melt our poor hearts as he showed us his compassionate with Park Shin Hye.



As for Kim Soo Hyun, he has been nominated for his role as Do Min Jun in SBS drama ‘My Love from the Star'. Who can forget his outstanding acting in this drama as an alien who falls in love with Cheon Song Yi?



Jo In Sung also is a candidate for his act as Jang Jae Yeol in the ‘It’s okay, that’s love’ drama. With this drama, he was widely praised by the critics and viewers for his act as a novelist that suffers from mental illness.

Park Yoo Chun has been nominated for Rookie of the Year!

Park Yoo Chun has been nominated to be the rookie of the year at the 35th Blue Dragon Movie Awards!

The 35^th Blue Dragon Movie Awards will be held at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts on the 17th December 2014, for those of you who are REALLY interested. Previously, Park Yoo Chun managed to snatch two prestige awards and with what we know (or hope!), he will be dubbed as the new movie hero soon!

Nominated with his debut film, Sea Fog, he will go against Kim Woo Bin (‘Friends 2’) and Im Siwan (The Attorney). We know it will be a tough competition for him, but as the critics said Park Yoo Chun now is 'in the glory of the newcomer’ so the chances of winning is high for him.

Congratulation to JYJ/Actor Park Yoo Chun for winning an award with his debut film 'Sea Fog'.

Korean Association of Film Critics (KAFC) has released the list of awards winners for the The 34th Korean Association of Film Critics Awards on November 3, and Yoo Chun was named as the winner of ‘Best New Actor Award’ as we predicted when we heard about his nomination.

Thanks to his debut film, Sea Fog, he managed to show off his outstanding performance as an actor to the critics as well as the audiences which, leads him to win this award. Let’s just congratulate him once again... 박유천, 축하해요!

Since he ventured into the acting world, he managed to show the audience his various roles in his drama projects and he made hits with it! Did you see how he pulled off his emotional character as Han Jung Woo in ‘I MISS YOU’ on Maaduu? Our heart hurt whenever we see him cries.

Best Idol Group: Who Was Crowned As King?

Big news to all EXO fans!

According to a survey that was conducted by Joy News, Korean entertainment and sport news outlet from October 24, out of 79 idol group members, 23 of them voted EXO as the best group... or shall we call the King of 2014.

Congratulations to EXO! Despite having multiple scandals in 2014, (from lawsuits to Baek Hyun’s relationship with Girl Generation’s Taeyeon) the votes proved to us that EXO are still standing firm in the Korean music industry.

Girl group Sistar was ranked second with 15 votes, followed by Beast with eight votes. This survey was participated in by 79 idol groups including Beast, VIXX, 4Minute, BtoB, Secret and Teen Top.

Choi Kang Hee's HUGE Return To Drama

Good news, Choi Kang Hee fans!

Actress Choi Kang Hee has been reported to be gearing up for her small screen comeback, more than two years since her last drama, 7th Grade Civil Servant.

It has been confirmed that the actress will be staring in Heart To Heart as the female role of Cha Hong Do, who has severe sociophobia that keeps her from leaving the house. Besides that, actress Choi Kang Hee will act alongside actor Chun Jung Myung and So Hee.

Choi Kang Hee revealed she’s very excited to appear in a drama after two years away from any major projects. It is a big honour for her to work with director Lee Yoon Jung and the rest of the production team, but she’s also looking forward to show the audience her new skills she's developed in her time away.
